Tamás joined Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger International Management Consulting Ltd in 2002. For the previous 22 years he had several middle and executive management positions in MMG Automatic Works, a 2,400-staff company and other major nationwide industrial trading companies.
For 5 years he also worked in Vienna as the commercial manager at the CEE regional company, a German multinational manufacturing corporation.
In Budapest Tamás gained 5 years consultancy experience in post-privatisation BPR projects, SAP implementation, business development, international financial and professional investment, and process optimisation.
During the more than 14 years with the P&P Group he has been instrumental in international executive search and selection assignments, management audits, managers’ potential measurement and analysis, and process development projects, as well as cross-border cooperation.
As a founding partner of Interim Management Resourcing Ltd, Tamás is responsible for complex interim service projects for international clients. Tamás has a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, speaks German and English as well has his native Hungarian. He is a member of the Ethical Committee of the Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists.












EU Diversity Charter Hungary was launched at the Residence of the Dutch Ambassador, His Excellency Gajus Scheltema in Budapest on the 20th October, 2016. The EU Diversity Charter Hungary was signed by 50 companies and is supported by the Hungarian Government. It aims to raise leaders’ awareness and to increase their commitment to mainstreaming diversity in their organizations by providing support and inspiration for developing and rethinking human resource management. P&P / Intersearch Hungary was one of the proud first signatories.
