She began her carrier at a telecommunication company, later she worked for one of the biggest Hungarian insurance companies as a reinsurance expert.

At the end of her twenties she decided to devote herself to family for a while. After 10 years of maternity leave, she returned to the business world.

Since 2016 she has been supporting P&P Hungary as office manager. She is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Enikő graduated as an economist from the College for Foreign Trade, faculty International Communication. She speaks English, French and German in addition to her native Hungarian.

Éva started her career at a Hungarian research institute as researcher-developer dealing with manufacturing development and training. Leaving the research area, she worked in different positions connected with production at various manufacturing companies. After many years in different positions in manufacturing development, she continued her activity as a professor in the academic area, teaching technology and manufacturing organization as well as supporting her students as thesis supervisor.

Having spent some years abroad she returned to Hungary and started to work in sales and training projects. She joined the P&P Group in 2004.

Éva worked as research consultant in the last 13 years. Her technical knowledge combined with her educational expertise is a great asset for the company.

She has an MA from the University of Light Industry in Kiev, Ukraine. She also gained an MA in Russian.

Edina has a long-term experience in the field of human management consulting. She joined the P&P Group in 2006.

During her career she worked in different functions both for manufacturing, commercial and service companies, having a great overview about their operation. At the beginning she started in the sales department, later on, receiving additional tasks as purchasing she ran and led complex commercial cross-border activities.

She has been working in executive search since 2006. As a Senior Research Consultant she focuses first of all on the identification and selection of middle and top executives.

Edina gained a BSc in Economics from the College of Foreign Trade and an MSc in Management Consulting from the University of Pécs.

She speaks German and English in addition to her native Hungarian.

Judit returned to executive search in 2015. As director at Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Intl./InterSearch she helps companies and organizations shape their future by finding executives with great leadership potential and across geographical and cultural borders. Before she joined P&P she worked at the US based boutique executive search firm, Mansfield & Associates as Partner and Regional Director, Central Europe.

She started her career as the CEO of the Hungarian subsidiary of a US-based multinational corporation and served as a senior executive in international management teams. There she gained expertise in the delivery of global training programs, financing and managing complex, decentralized, multicultural organizations and building high performance international teams.

Judit has hands-on expertise as the managing partner of a transatlantic business consultancy providing tailor-made services in the areas of strategic advising, business development and change management. Beyond helping companies find strategic alliances and make strategic decisions in different countries she has provided services for NGOs, civil organizations and performing arts organizations, building strength in their marketing, strategic planning and developing, coordinating their grant making activities.

She has gained significant cultural expertise by visiting more than 70 countries and working in some of them. Judit is a certified COA Practitioner and Diversity & Inclusion expert and member of the D&I Practice Group of InterSearch.

Her expertise with global organizations in public, private and non-profit sectors, highly diverse management teams, as well as her strategic consulting skills and client-oriented approach is a great asset to her clients and brings unique knowledge to the practice of executive search at P&P.

Judit holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Budapest based Corvinus University, an MBA from European Business School, Germany and she is a Harvard Business School alumnus (AMP 177).

She is fluent in English, German, and her native Hungarian.
